Dragonflies have always meant something special to me.
On the day we buried my husband, three of them hovered above the service for hours.
They drifted and circled quietly above us, as if keeping watch.
When the service ended, they rose together and flew away.
My husband used to photograph dragonflies whenever he saw them because he knew how much I loved them.
Now whenever I see them, I’m reminded that some connections never really leave us.

It's about recognizing that love doesn't always leave when someone does.
Sometimes it hovers.
Sometimes it waits.
Sometimes it flies beside you... until you're ready to keep going on your own.
